EST Aluminium Formwork Accessories and Tools supply wide range of formwork and tools. Round Pin & Wedges will be used to joint wall or slab panels together. Long Pin & Wedges will be used to fix the joint pin with the prop head and middle beam or end beam together. Wall Tie is to be used for joining wall panels from both sides. The length of the tie varies based on the wall thickness. HOOK is used to install on the bottom of the wall panel surface, it holds a steel bar sustaining the pressure of concrete to prevent leakage. PVC Sleeve is to be used together with Reusable Wall Tie and it is installed between two wall panels to protect the tie to be cast within the concrete. Bolt Nut & Washer is used as an embedded anchor in order to fix panels on the concrete surface while installing. Tie Nut is used together with a tie rod to joint the double-faced panels. L-Bar used to align holes on the corresponding panel. Y-Bar used to remove the formwork. PVC Sleeve Puller is used to remove PVC Sleeve. Wall Tie Puller is used to remove Wall Tie. Steel Prop is connected with a prop head and used to supports the weight of the slab panel during the concrete pouring and casting. Brackets have Wall Bracket, Slab Bracket, and Elevator Bracket to act as a substitution of the scaffolding system. These brackets will be fixed on the concrete and used as a working platform for workers.

Extrusions are the IN-Corner (IC), Corner Angle (CA), Rocker and Side Rail. IN-Corner is to connect two curve parts of the internal corner wall panel. Corner Angle is to connect the outer corner of a wall panel. Rocker is used to connect the bottom of a wall penal. Side Rail is used for patching up extruded panels with size 59.5 mm (W) x 6.1m (L).

Spacers include Plaswheel Spacer, Plastic Chair Spacer. and Plastic Wall Spacer. Plaswheel spacer is to positioned on the reinforcing steel and has a special locking arrangement to minimize the risk of the spacer becoming dislodged when in position. Its rigidity is strong enough to withstand the normal working pressure exerted on it whilst the formwork is being placed. Plastic Chair Spacer has a specially designed head to accommodate welded wire mesh of bar size from diameter 10-16mm that is normally used for slab reinforcement steel. Plastic Wall Spacer is used to secure the reinforcing steel in reinforced concrete structures as the rebar is assembled in place prior to the final concrete pour. The spacers are left in place for the concrete pour to keep the reinforcing in place.

Other items include steel hollow section for formwork structure and mould oil that can be applied on panels to prevent concrete from sticking on the surface of aluminium formwork. It also protects and prolongs the life span of formwork.
