Combining 40 years of international standard manufacturing know-hows, Greenseal PVC Waterstops lead the way in high technology waterstops. Our waterstops are extruded from specially compounded PVC in accordance with BS 2571 Class and ASTM 3 Type G3. They are specifically engineered for use in water retaining and water excluding structures where a positive seal is required for poured in-situ concrete expansion, contraction and construction joints. Greenseal PVC waterstops are ideal for preventing water penetration as they form a continuous watertight barrier when embedded into the concrete for both centrally and externally placed applications. These range of profiles are available in rolls with separate intersections supplied to simplify and easy to be installed in site fabrication. Given that concrete structures are only as watertight as the waterstops that join them, Greenseal Waterstops are specially designed to allow for expansion, contraction and other movements that can cause joints to open and close. The efficiency of any waterstops is fully dependent on good workmanship and on full compaction of the surrounding concrete. Therefore, optimum performance will be achieved if the waterstop is installed by keeping these factors in mind.
Greenseal Ultramix anti-wear flooring systems consists of a blend of high quality aggregates, special types of cement and chemical that are monolithically applied into fresh concrete. They provide added protection against wear, impact and abrasion on concrete surfaces. It is built with high resistance against many industrial chemicals, oils, greases and detergents; also it contains specially chosen non-metallic mineral aggregates. Suitable for heavy-duty applications, Greenseal Ultramix can be applied in both indoor and outdoor applications. With its non-dusting properties, the material is highly suitable to be utilized on different industrial and commercial floor applications.
Greenseal Flexible Cementitious Systems is a flexible two component cement based polymerized waterproof coating. It forms a cementitious waterproofing membrane to prevent water infiltration when applied on concrete and mortar surfaces. Greenseal cementitious systems is usually applied to maintain substantial water vapour transmission and to create a durable and continuous watertight coating. Additionally, it is aesthetically presentable and suitable for exterior coating for roofs. It is also easily applicable to vertical and horizontal surfaces with a brush or roller. Greenseal Flexi 201 is a flexible cementitious waterproofing that consists of two components, that is Portland cement, and selected well graded sand; they are formulated with specially selected and graded fine quartz and high quality latex to create a brush-able, smooth slurry, while creating an excellent bond and adhesion to most substrates. Its properties make them highly suitable to be applied on concrete and mortar to prevent water infiltration by filling and sealing pores and voids or hair line cracks in substrates. It also provides a breathable coating which allows for water vapour transmission.
Green Everpol torch on waterproofing membranes are prefabricated membranes manufactured with a selection of distilled bitumen and atactic polypropylene (APP). They have a double reinforcement using non-woven polyester and a glass web that ensures no dimensional changes even under significant thermal shocks. This makes for a flexible product that is capable of withstanding mechanical stress both during and after installation. Roofing products from Greenseal Everpol does not need any protection and can be walked across even during maintenance work. It is also very simple and convenient to repair the membrane if its damaged. As the most modern and technologically advanced solution to all roofing solution, Greenseal Everpol waterproofing can stand up for years of the most varied kinds of atmospheric degradation. First discovered in Italy the technology of bitumen modified with APP has conquered the world. Strict and regulated controls on the raw materials and the finished products are reinforced to ensure that the membranes is constantly complying with the established standards.
Rainwater is damaging towards the exposed surface of buildings as it penetrates the exposed masonry surface, dissolving the soluble salts and depositing them on the surface consequently staining the walls. This is also known as efflorescence which spoils the perfection of the face. Greenseal Masonry Water Repellent (MWR40) is a Siliconate that is specially engineered for imparting a colourless water-repellent surface finish to mineral building material without significantly reducing water vapour permeability. Design to provide a barrier against rising damp, this treatment remains effective for 10 to 20 years. In the case of glazed tiled surface, water can easily seep into the masonry through the mortar joints resulting in damp interior walls. On the other hand, water soluble salts migrate into the tiles from the mortar during the laying of floor tiles. Low fired clay products such as roof tiles, bricks, unglazed floor tiles absorb water and the soluble salts are subsequently transported to the surface and disfigures the product. This continuous cycle of dissolving and crystallisation of the water-soluble salts over a period of time leads to the disintegration of the clay product. Damage caused to the wet substrate on clay product due to moss, lichen and algae growth is also a common problem spoiling the beauty of the façade. Therefore, water resistance is an important factor in concrete and masonry construction for safety, health and comfort building occupants. The use of Greenseal MWR40 treatment can prevent efflorescence of salts absorbed and makes clearing of the tiled floor easier.
Greenseal 5000 is a waterproofing system ideally used between slabs to protect the slabs against the penetration and lateral movement of water. Greenseal 5000 waterproofing membrane is a single component of cold applied, seamless, elastomeric and moisture-curing bitumen that is modified with polyurethane; it is specially formulated for hand application by squeezing or using a roller onto vertical or horizontal surface. As it is liquid in state, It should be applied directly from the container and designed especially for use as a flexible continuous waterproofing membrane between two-course concrete, masonry construction, bituminous toppings and also for exterior below grade waterproofing of masonry. Using roller, brush or by spraying, this system can be easily applied to corners, angles and non-uniform surfaces. Greenseal 5000 material forms very good elongation and as a flexible waterproof membrane after curing.
Greenseal Injection Grout is a high strength groove specifically designed for grout purposes. Due to its non-shrink properties, it will not shrink when coiled around pores and concrete capillaries. Greenseal Injection Grout is especially useful for bonding mechanically and chemically in the capillaries of cracks and honeycombs in the mortar, where it both extends and seals them. In addition, there is a chemical in the grout that can actually crystallise within these pores and capillaries, making this region waterproof. The Greenseal injection grout has a strong flow and is simply going to flow into the crevices anywhere it has been cracked. This will ensure that all holes and fine cracks are sealed and waterproof.
Greenseal Flash Set is a fast settling moisture-proof (water plug) and cost-saving hydraulic cement. It automatically and efficiently prevents water infiltration and leakage in concrete, masonry and applications that are under hydrostatic pressure. It is also a non-shrink, non-corrosive and anti-rusting hydraulic cement, which is highly pleasant to the atmosphere in which it is applied.
Greenseal 1218 PU Grout has outstanding chemical resistance and water resistance by hydroscopic pressure and is non-toxic until cured. GS 1218 has no solvent and as such is non-flammable and simple to adhere. Greenseal 1218 is a single part of PU Grout that interacts with water until it is inserted into a leaking crack or point to form extended pressurised closed-cell foam to absorb water leakage.
