Rotol-Ams is able to repair precast panels forty stories in the air, facade cleaning, or restore tiles or natural stones. The restoration goes 'deep' into the building's substrate to remove dirt and contaminants which have been 'etched' and embedded inside the substrate surface to give the building a new 'shine' and restore it back close to its original conditions. Only neutral preservation-maintenance chemicals are used, absolutely non-alkaline or acidic, so as not to damage the film of the aluminum cladding and other exterior facade components, such as sealants, window gaskets, etc. The softest of Rotol nylon pads/ super polish from the USA are also used. This assures that a delicate process is employed without scratching, marring, staining, degradation, or thinning of the cladding panel paint film, glass, and stainless steel.
