Bioactive Microorganism Enzymatic Coil Decontamination Cleaner (BMED) remove biofilms, fungi, and mold in Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning (HVAC) or Refrigeration system of its internal cooling coil. Reduced airflow creates higher humidity, loss in comfort and stuffiness to occupants. This will result in a domino effect and breakdown of other components in the air-conditioning system. Also, the development of biofilms could corrode cooling coils because biofilms secrete organic acids along with their growth and development. Most of the contractors use acid or alkaline cleaning agent to clean the cooling coil. This could deteriorate the condition of cooling coil because acid and alkaline are corrosive in nature. Besides, acidic/alkaline products cannot effectively penetrate and break down biofilms. On the other hand, Airestec BMED can break and release biofilm without damaging the cooling coil. Bioactive Micro-organism Coil Treatment (BMCT) prevent and delay the growth of bio film bacteria, fungi, mould, and algae on air-conditioning cooling coil. Bio film and microorganism usually start to grow in one week after decontamination. Bio films would secrete organic acids along their growth, result in localized corrosion of cooling coil.The overall heat exchange efficiency of air conditioning system would be affected if the cooling coil is corroded. In other words, corroded cooling coil results in reduced energy efficiency and increase of energy bill. Airestec BMCT is specially formulated to prevent and delay the growth of bio-film (jelly), bacteria, fungi, mould and algae with 12 months warranty. Bioactive Microorganism Enzymatic Façade De-Contamination Cleaner (BMFD) is an outdoor or Facade green cleaning agent. As the cleanliness of facades reflects the aesthetic value of a building. Apply on outdoor facades to release contamination (biofilms, bacteria, fungal, mold, and algae). Ideal for commercial, industrial and home building for outdoor cleaning. Humid climate promotes the growth of algae, mold, and fungi that will produce acidic contents, making the building appearance loss its gloss and shine. Typical cleaning agents using acid or alkali also will corrode the outside appearance of the building.
