The GypWall® ROBUST System is ideal for areas where solid and strong walls are needed. Durable and lightweight, this wall system is made up of DuraLine® PLUS plasterboards and its relevant accessories. DuraLine® PLUS is a gypsum-based plasterboard with a gypsum core that is integrated with glass fibres and fumed silica.

Due to its ability to maintain strength of walls even in high temperatures, the FireLine®, Type F, plasterboard is used as the main component of the GypWall® CLASSIC Fire Rated Wall System. The system supplies your walls with the strength to resist fire while containing the flames, preventing it from spreading.

The GypWall® CLASSIC Indoor Air Quality System was designed as a direct result of the increasing concern of indoor air quality. The system uses the DuraLine® Activ'Air 19mm board, along with its fittings, that allow for the absorption of formaldehyde and its conversion into inert compounds. The lightweight and non-load bearing system is cost-effective, and makes assembling on-site quicker and easier.

Intermittently damp areas such as bathrooms and kitchens are at risk of structural water damage. To combat this issue, an effective moisture resistant system is needed. GypWall CLASSIC Moisture Resistant System provides you with the extra protection against moisture that you need, with the use of AquaLine® boards, Weber Belle waterproofing, tiling, and grouting systems.

GypWall® SECURE System is a series of robust but lightweight, non-loadbearing security walls, offering high resistance to determined attacks. Made up of BaseLine® boards, GypFrame® Security sheets, DuraLine® PLUS boards, and other relevant accessories, the system has a double plasterboard structure that gives it a higher physical strength. This allows the system to maintain its integrity even under attack. Additional features include a good sound insulation, thanks to the acoustic sealants within the system.
