Power is supplied through the main stator to the exciter stator via AVR. By the low residual magnetism of the magnet steel, the efficiency Semi-conductors of the AVR ensure the building-up voltage. By using a three-phase full wave bridge rectifier, the exciter rotor output is provided to the main rotor. This rectifier is protected by a surge suppressor against surges caused by a short circuit or lost synchronization. SX440 AVR voltage regulation with three-phase induction detecting module<±0.5%. MX321 and MX341 are suitable for the generator with a permanent magnetic generator (PMG).
The insulation system is class H. All wound components are impregnated with materials and processes designed specifically ensure the generator running in dreadful conditions. The specially developed resin materials meet required for the high mechanical strength of windings and rotating components.
All generator stators are wound to 2/3 pitch, this eliminates triple (3rd,9th,15th...) harmonics on the voltage waveform and is an optimum designed for UPS equipment of non-linear loads. The 2/3 pitch design avoids excessive neutral currents result from higher winding pitches. A fully consecutive damper winding reduces oscillations during paralleling. The 2/3 pitch windings, carefully selected pole and tooth ensure very low waveform distortion.
Standard generators are 3-phase, and you can reconnect 12 ends of the terminals, which are mounted on a terminal block at the non-drive end of the generator. A sheet steel terminal box within AVR is provided with enough place for the customers' wiring. It has removable panels for easy access.
