We produce first-grade HDPE formwork panels, fabricated using Manlapene™ HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) Sheets, which are manufactured using quality Polyethylene (PE) resins. Our formwork panel allows temporary or permanent construction forms, using elements that ensure its rigidity and stability to allow the resulting formwork system to be efficiently propped and braced horizontally or vertically. With the firm and unyielding property of the HDPE, the structures constructed out of our framework panels are able to retain its shape and does not warp or get distorted when exposed to rough treatments or harsh weather in an outdoor industrial setting. In contrast to conventional wood panels, the HDPE formwork panels are very light weight and easily assembled, therefore enabling convenient and quick operation, hence a shorter construction cycle. Our HDPE formwork panel is the best substitute to plywood and metal material, as it does not easily wear off after repetitive usage, and have an economic advantage, encouraging low-waste construction method.
