It has good resistant against weather and suitable to cover cracks too. It can be applied easily with roller or trowel with a low smell. It contains active biocides to resists growth of mold and mildew and provides high adhesion with various substrates such as plaster, porous cement, fiber cement, gypsum board and lightweight block.
