Soil nailing is a reinforcement process for soil slopes, excavations or retaining walls by insertion of relatively slender elements normally steel reinforcing bars. The bars are usually installed with SPI Single Wall Corrugated PE pipe into a pre-drilled hole and then grouted into place. Quality assurance is also important and we usually conduct an in-process quality inspection and also carry out tests on melt flow index and oxidation induction time. Spirolite HDPE Corrugated Subduct Pipe consists of three main types which are SPI HDPE Corrugated Subduct, Spirolite HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe and Spirolite Ribflo Single Wall Corrugated Subsoil Drainage Pipe AS2439.

Spirolite HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe is suitable for underground cable ducting systems, telecommunication cable conduit, subsoil drainage pipe for landscaping and fields, sewerage pipe or culverts. Spirolite Ribflo Single Wall Corrugated subsoil drainage pipe is suitable to be used for highway, road, golf courses, stadiums, playing fields subsoil drainage and other similar projects such as agriculture lands & constructions sites, Swamps & Building foundations, retaining walls and help release gas in prawn farming using PE sheet lining.
