Walplast 200 Walplast

Easy to use, Excellent workability, minimizes shrinkage crack up to 90%, increase productivity up to 50%, cost saving up to 20%. It is not formulated for mortar pump but the other product Walplast Extra Blue is able to do so.

For bricklaying and plastering mortar admixture
Step
1) Add 50-60 litre of water into molen/Concrete Mixture.
2) Add 1-2 packets of Walplast 200 slowly into the mixer.
3) Add 2 bags cement (100kg) into molen/Concrete Mixture.
4) scoop sand into the mixer and leave it for 3-5 minutes. Add extra water if necessary.
5) Ensure the mixture is well mixed before plastering. The end product can produce approximately 6 wheelbarrows according to sand size.

**Mixing Ratio : 2 Bags cement(100Kg) + 5 wheelbarrow Sand(400kg) + 1-2 packets walplast 200
(Trial mix should be conducted to determine optimum mix.)
