Walplast Extra Blue Walplast

Easy to use, excellent workability, minimizes shrinkage up to 90%. Speciality formulated for mortar pump. cost saving up to 20% and productivity up to 50%. It is also formulated for mortar pump.

For bricklaying and plastering mortar admixture
Step
1) Add 50-60 litre of water into molen/Concrete Mixture.
2) Add 1-2 packets of Walplast Extra Blue slowly into the mixer.
3) Add 2 bags cement (100kg) into molen/Concrete Mixture.
4) scoop sand into the mixer and leave it for 3-5 minutes. Add extra water if necessary.
5) Ensure the mixture is well mixed before plastering. The end product can produce approximately 6 wheelbarrows according to sand size.

**Mixing Ratio : 2 Bags cement(100Kg) + 6 wheelbarrow Sand(475kg) + 1-2 packets Walplast Extra Blue (Trial mix should be conducted to determine optimum mix.)
