FixPlus Concentrate | Surface Paint Primer SICC Climate Active Paint

FixPlus is a prime concentrate for use on mineral surfaces to regulate their absorbency. It strengthens all substrates according to DIN 18500, when the adhesion capacity is not sufficient and it regulates the absorption capacity. ClimateActivePaint FixPlus has a very good intrusion in the substrate, dries quickly, is vapor-open, solvent-free and offers a high firmness.

FixPlus concentrate can be applied by paint roller, brushing (from bottom to top) or spraying method.
In case of application via spraying method, the loss in spreading capacity due to emerging spray dust
has to be taken into account. During application, it is important to maintain the minimum film-forming
temperature (+5°C). This applies equally to the drying period. For most cases, a single prime with
FixPlus concentrate is sufficient. A second application might be necessary on surfaces of extreme
porosity. Allow a drying period of approximately 4-5 hours for following ThermoShield coatings. FixPlus concentrate needs to dry dull.
