SmartCote 60 is specially developed to patch up pinholes and uneven surfaces in walls and ceilings. It is normally used as a base coat together with the finish coat, SmartCote 50 to achieve a much smoother surface finish. SmartCote 60 is suitable for both internal and external application but is not to be applied on painted surfaces.

SmartCote 72 is a polymer-modified white cement based skim coat is specially designed to be used on plastered and concrete surfaces. The polymer additives in SmartCote 72 provide excellent workability, improves the bonding strength and gives smooth finishing to walls and ceilings. SmartCote 72 is suitable for both internal and external application but is not to be applied on painted surfaces.
SmartGrip 511 is a cementitious adhesive for ceramic tiles and stone materials with class C1T. It allows for quick and easy tile installation without any prior soaking of the tiles in water. SmartGrip 511 may be used for tiling of interior and exterior areas and is capable of bonding ceramic tiles to a wide range of substrates. SmartGrip 511 is premixed and can be used immediately with the addition of water and is suitable for both vertical and horizontal installation at a thickness of 3 - 6mm. SmartGrip 511 is suitable for use in interior and exterior application and is available in Grey or White color.

Smart TP 95 is a dry mixed proprietary cement-sand thin plaster that replaces the traditional on-site mixes of cement and sand. It contains cement, graded sand, and plasticizing additives. It gives a smoother surface finish than conventional plastering material.
Prime Screed 98 is a pre-packed cement based dry mix floor screed that replaces the traditional on-site mixes of cement and sand. It is suitable for flooring and general mortar work. It contains cement, graded sand and chemical additives giving the user an easily workable wet mix by simply adding water on site.
PrimeMix 99 is a pre-packed proprietary cement-sand plaster/mortar that replaces the traditional on-site mixes of cement and sand. It is specially formulated with plasticizing additives to reduce shrinkage and to give a superior bond to concrete surfaces.
SmartGrip ALC is a cementitious, polymer modified joint adhesive for Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) lightweight block and panel joints. It is specially formulated to provide excellent bonding between lightweight blocks at a bedding thickness of 2 - 4mm. It is easy to mix, requiring only the addition of water.
Smart SBR Latex is a carboxylated styrene-butadiene copolymer emulsion used as bonding aid for improved bonding adhesion strength. It is also designed for use as a cement mortar additive for improved physical properties and performance of mortar. SmartNS Grout GP is a non-shrink cement grout that formulated for use in critical applications requiring controlled and precise expansion of the grout. It contains only graded sand, cement and an expansion agent with high flowability and non-staining characteristics. SmartNS Grout GP is the ideal product for all type of grouting needs. It is extremely flowable for gap widths of 10 to 100mm. When cured, it is similar in appearance to concrete.
SmartPave HP is a two-component pre-packed high-performance acrylic polymer modified cement based mortar designed for all types of resurfacing, patching and repairing of the concrete surface. Commonly known as Acrylic Polymer Cementitious Coating APCC. Part A is a blend of special cement, specially graded fillers, and chemical additives. Part B is a polymer emulsion of the latest latex technology. Old worn out concrete pavements resurfaced with a thin layer of SmartPave HP exhibits exceptional durability and good water resistance. Apply primer before applying cement coating. SmartPave HP finished surface is normally slightly textured. A much smoother finish for SmartPave HP is possible as well.
RYNAOX® VertiGrip 1110 is a pure dispersion resin inter-mixed with quartz and has easy application rheology. It is used with its moisture repellence property and mechanical key enhancement on absorbent or dense substrates for onward layer application of mineral plasters or tile adhesives. Mineral plasters based on gypsum, lime, and cement as overlays grip on vertical substrates are greatly improved by first priming the substrates with VertiGrip 1110.
SmartCote 50 is a polymer-modified Grey cement-based skim coat specially designed to be used on plastered, lightweight panel and concrete surfaces. The polymer additives in SmartCote 50 provides excellent workability, improves the bonding strength and gives a smooth finishing to walls and ceilings. SmartCote 50 is suitable for both internal and external application but is not to be applied on painted surfaces. SmartCote 50 is highly recommended as a finish coat over PrimeMix 99 or SmartTP 95.
The primary purposes of wall rendering mortar were probably to seal walls and provide protection against weathering erosion to maximize durability as well as to provide an aesthetically pleasing appearance. At the same time, a wall rendering mortar must also be able to resist mechanical stress, chemically aggressive environment and extremely heavy moisture loads. The most important factor in the fresh mortar mix is to have a superior adhesion property so that when the mix is applied onto the wall, it would not easily drop off from the wall onto the floor. Another equally important property is its workability characteristic. Too much water in the fresh mix would give superior workability but at the same time affect its adhesion property. Superior workability and adhesion properties are pre-requisites to allow an experienced mason to complete his task faster, easier, getting better coverage for given rendering materials and of course to yield for better finishing.
