Pegaso 3 Axis is our CNC Machine Center with moving portal. It is specially designed for milling, drilling, threading and cutting bars or workpieces made of aluminium, PVC, light alloys and steel. Its main structures are made of electro-welded steel, normalized and worked with CNC machine tools. It is movable in 3 Axis X, Y, and Z, controlled by high-precision brushless servomotors. Its tool magazine can hold up to 8 tools, placed on the back side of the moving portal. Clamp movement is automatically set and controlled by CNC. There are 3 standard versions of 4, 7 and 9 meters (double working area available for version 7 and 9 meters). It has a chips conveyor plate. Safety light curtains system is located in front of the machine. Safety guards are available in electro-welded net on the three sides of the machine.

Zeus 4 Axis is our CNC leading profile machining center developed to satisfy the most demanding production requirements across a broad range of industrial applications. The 4 axis include movement along X, Y, Z axis and also the rotational movement about X axis. This series is specially designed for drilling, milling and tapping operations on profiles made of aluminium, steel and light alloys. It is a robust structures made of electro-welded steel, tempered and worked with CNC machine tools. The 4-Axis movement is controlled by high-precision brushless servomotors. This series features a tilting head providing +/-90° of spindle tilt. Its tool magazine can hold up to 16 tools, placed on the back side of the moving portal. It has a milling cutter with 120mm diameter. Its clamp movement is automatically set and controlled by CNC (optional: Independent clamp positioning). It has 3 standard versions 4, 7 and 9 meters (Double working area for versions 7 and 9 meters). Chip conveyor plate is placed below the working area. Safety light curtains system is located in front of the machine.

Pegaso 5 Axis is our CNC Machine Center with moving portal. It is specially designed for milling, drilling, threading and cutting bars or workpieces made of aluminium, PVC, light alloys and steel. The 5 axis consists of X, Y, Z axis as well as rotational movement about X & Z axis. The main structure of Pegaso 5 Axis is electro-welded steel, normalized and worked with CNC machine tools. The 5-Axis movement is controlled by high-precision brushless servomotors. Tool magazine can hold up to 7 tools, placed on the back side of the moving portal (optional: 12 or 24 slots). Clamps movement is automatically set and controlled by CNC. It has 3 standard versions 4, 7 and 9 meters (With double working area for version 7 and 9 meters). Chip conveyor plate is placed below the working area. Safety light curtains system is located in front of the machine. Safety guards is available in electro-welded net on the three sides of the machine

Vertical Panel Saw Machine (CPZ 21x42 model) is an Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) Cutting and Grooving Machine. ACP is a type of flat panel which 2 layers of thin Aluminium sheets are bonded with an inner layer of non-Aluminium core, nowadays it is widely used at facades of buildings, signage and insulation. With our machine, ACP can be cut and grooved into various size to match the exact dimension to ease the installation process. This machine has various functions. Magnetic Digital Readouts allow precision measurement for horizontal and vertical sizing. In their Integrated Dust Suction Unit, a Centrifugal fan system is integrated to cutting stock of the machine and operating simultaneously along with the machine performs dust collection process without any need for other system. They have a Double Blade System, which its cutting and grooving blades can be interchanged with the aid of a single button without any trouble by means of an automatic toll setup system. This system saves time of operator in charge of machine while switching from one operation to another. Last, is its Movable Panel System. In this system, the panel is protected from damages during horizontal cutting actions due to automatically moving panel system.
