Aquaflex KS 988A Type II is a 2 part high polymer flexible cementitious waterproofing coating. It consists of selected Portland cement, polymer latex, proprietary additives. When applied to concrete, it provides an excellent barrier that is impervious to water. It is non-toxic, low in VOC, high flexibility, good adhesion, resists hydrostatic pressure and environmentally friendly. It can easily apply with brush, broom or roller. It is suitable to be used on washroom and underground constructions.

Aquacoat KS-929 is a moisture cured polyurethane waterproofing coating. It is specially designed for application on horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces to provide an excellent barrier which is impervious to water. It is very good at resisting hydrostatic pressure, crack bridging properties, elastic, seamless, flexible and good adhesion too. It can be applied to surface easily by using brush, broom or roller. It is commonly used for podium slab, lift pits, tunnel and subway Structures, reinforced concrete retaining wall, reinforce concrete gutters, reinforce concrete roofs, water features and etc.

Aquaflex KS-901B is an Acrylic polymer cementitious waterproof latex and is also commonly know as Acrylic Polymer Cementitious Coating APCC. It is composed of superior polymer waterproof latex for building and various auxiliaries. It is required to mix with cement before applying on the base surface. After successfully apply the coating the surface will have excellent elasticity, adhesion, rupture strength, impermeability, crack resistance, weather resistance and chemical resistance. It is also an environmentally friendly product due to low in VOC and pollution. It can be found to be used on project roofs, underground, kitchen, and bathrooms.

Aquatorch KS-959 is a polymer modified bitumen waterproof membrane that specially formulates for railway & bridge to satisfies the high strength and flexible requirement. It center layer is a polyester felt layer that added with an SBS modifier to increase the adhesion strength and improve the anti-fatigue and sheer performance. Then both sides are covered with modified bitumen and use fine sand as the isolation film. The adhesion can be strongly bond to a concrete and prevent bubble issue and water permeability. It also has a good elongation rate and tear resistant to withstand the repeated equipment grinding and car motion vibration. Even under the harsh environments such as chemical exposure and under cold temperature it performance still remain. Its installation is using a hot welding method which is a fast and easy application by using a machine.

Aquatorch KS-920 is an elastomer modified bitumen anti-puncture waterproof membrane with polyester reinforcement and extra puncture resistant. It is added with SBS thermoplastic elastomer resin and chemical agent resistant coating for better flexibility and puncture resistant. The central layer is the polyester as reinforcement layer and the surface is covered with PE film or other construction aggregates. The main feature of this membrane is to have the puncture resistant against root penetrate or other sharp objects beside only waterproof function. The puncture resistant allows plant roots to grow normally without damage the membrane. Structural with this waterproof membrane also able to enhance the structural strength, increase resistant against high water pressure, resist cut tear and fatigue. It also has strong elongation and shrinkage properties that able to work well in a harsh environment. Even under hot and cold temperature, its performance would not drop. For its installation is very easy and durable because it has good corrosion resistance, mold resistance, and weather resistance.

Aquatorch Salinity is a polyester elastomeric modified bitumen waterproof membrane. It is a specially formulated waterproof membrane for the usage of building project that exposed to sea spray or any salt aerosol area. Because building nearby require waterproofing membrane that has high salinity resistant to avoid salt water moisture or water damaged the membrane. Besides that it also good weather resistance, high tensile strength, high elongation, wear and tear resistance, and easy application. The membrane is made up of polyester felt as the base layer and the styrene butadiene styrene (SBS) with modified bitumen is used as the surface materials together with an extra salt tolerant additives.

Aquaprufe PVC is a high-performance waterproof membrane with its core material polyvinyl chloride. Aquadrain HDPE is an HDPE Drainage board/cell/sheet that produce by undergoing molten state by vacuum or by plastic mold stamping and produce a one way or two-way semi-cone, cylindrical, semi-circular continuous closure formed shells. This unique structural shape allows the fluid and gas flow through the three-dimensional drainage space and provides additional support. This new approach eliminates the usage of fabric and still able to achieve waterproofing, drainage, filtration functions.

Aquathene APF-405 is a self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproof membrane that utilized aluminized Mylar polymer film as the surface support together with the asphalt adhesive material which contains active agent rubber. APF-405 is very versatile and suitable for many project applications because it can be used directly with polymer cement mortar in the construction (Wet application) and also can be used according to the traditional construction method (Dry application). It is also exceptionally suitable for the continuous construction project that required continuous waterproofing application since the longer construction period the more chances for the membrane to expose and damaged. APF-405 has the characteristic of reducing the drawback-effect of fold and drum phenomenon to a minimum and prolong the life span of the membrane.

Aquathene APF-500 is a self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproof membrane that reinforced with polyester material with coagent additives. The polyester act as a reinforcement layer, PE polyethylene as the surface layer and bottom layer uses silicone oil paper as anti-sticking isolation film between the self-adhesive bitumen layer. The membrane is able to self-adhesive even in cold and low-temperature usage which makes it an environmentally friendly material by not using any extra chemical. It is most suitable for indoor or underground usage and exposure

Aquathene APF-600 contains two categories of waterproof membranes which the first one is Aquathene APF-600W is for the wet-applied and the other Aquathene APF-600Y is for pre-applied. Aquathene APF-600W is the wet-applied modified bitumen membrane with the polyester fabric as the re-enforcement layer. The upper surface is cover with silicon coated isolation film and the bottom surface is cover with silicon coated isolation film or PE film which make it a suitable modified bitumen waterproof membrane for wet application construction. Aquathene APF-600Y is the pre-applied polyester modified bitumen waterproof membrane. The basic material of it is petroleum, bitumen, SBS/SBR and tackifier resin as the adhesion enhancer. The polyester fabric act as the re-enforcement layer, the upper surface is cover with silicon coated isolation film, the bottom surface is cover with silicon coated isolation film or PE film that suitable pre-applied construction.

Aquatorch SBS is an elastomeric modified Bitumen waterproof membrane with the based material of bitumen, styrene, butadiene, styrene, and TPE as an adhesive enhancer. The central part is added polyester fiber to act as the reinforcing layer and outer layer is cover with a modified bitumen layer. It performance stay excellent even under low temperature which very suitable for the cold climate or low-temperature area application. It also has good weather resistance, tensile property, high elongation, wear resistance and excellent workability.

Aquatorch APP is a plastomer modified bitumen waterproof membrane. It is made by bitumen added styrene, butadiene, styrene, TPE as modified materials. The middle layer is placed with polyester fabric for re-enforcement and covered with the modified bitumen layer. It performs very well in cold temperature and exceptionally well in hot temperature. It also has good weather resistance, corrosion resistance, and high workability.

Aquaprufe TPO known as the Thermoplastic Polyolefin Waterproof Membrane is a type of polymer with its waterproof material based on polypropylene(PP) and latex. Aquaprufe APF-P is an HDPE/EVA Waterproof Membrane that can use Pre /Wet-applied. It has a super quality waterproof HDPE/EVA film that combined with a self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt that uses butyl and styrene-butadiene as the self-adhesive base material. This adhesive effectively works well on any surface and at the same time, the asphalt material in the adhesive provides the extra waterproof feature to the membrane itself which become the extra protection layer.

Aquaprufe APF- C is a pre-applied HDPE, fully bonded waterproofing membrane. It is supplied with self-adhesive selvedge along one side of the roll to provide seal laps and consists of multilayer composite which includes HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) film, polymer layer and a unique proprietary layer which allows poured concrete to bond fully with the membrane to provide an excellent barrier from any water sipping to the waterproofing membrane and structure. This barrier of membrane forms a unique bond with the concrete surface and remained the same even there is any ground settlement of substrate occurs. It is a simple and reliable application with no primers or extra protection because of its toughness with flexibility for detailing around edges, resistant to groundwater and protects concrete against ground salts, chlorides, sulfates and hydrocarbons in a contaminated area.
