Aquathene APF-500 is a self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproof membrane that reinforced with polyester material with coagent additives. The polyester act as a reinforcement layer, PE polyethylene as the surface layer and bottom layer uses silicone oil paper as anti-sticking isolation film between the self-adhesive bitumen layer. The membrane is able to self-adhesive even in cold and low-temperature usage which makes it an environmentally friendly material by not using any extra chemical. Aquathene APF-600 contains two categories of waterproof membranes which the first one is Aquathene APF-600W is for the wet-applied and the other Aquathene APF-600Y is for pre-applied. Aquathene APF-600W is the wet-applied modified bitumen membrane with the polyester fabric as the re-enforcement layer. The upper surface is cover with silicon coated isolation film and the bottom surface is cover with silicon coated isolation film or PE film which make it a suitable modified bitumen waterproof membrane for wet application construction. Aquathene APF-600Y is the pre-applied polyester modified bitumen waterproof membrane. The basic material of it is petroleum, bitumen, SBS/SBR and tackifier resin as the adhesion enhancer. The polyester fabric act as the re-enforcement layer, the upper surface is cover with silicon coated isolation film, the bottom surface is cover with silicon coated isolation film or PE film that suitable pre-applied construction.
Aquatorch SBS is an elastomeric modified Bitumen waterproof membrane with the based material of bitumen, styrene, butadiene, styrene, and TPE as an adhesive enhancer. The central part is added polyester fiber to act as the reinforcing layer and outer layer is cover with a modified bitumen layer. It performance stay excellent even under low temperature which very suitable for the cold climate or low-temperature area application. It also has good weather resistance, tensile property, high elongation, wear resistance and excellent workability.
Aquatorch APP is a plastomer modified bitumen waterproof membrane. It is made by bitumen added styrene, butadiene, styrene, TPE as modified materials. The middle layer is placed with polyester fabric for re-enforcement and covered with the modified bitumen layer. It performs very well in cold temperature and exceptionally well in hot temperature. It also has good weather resistance, corrosion resistance, and high workability.
Aquaprufe TPO known as the Thermoplastic Polyolefin Waterproof Membrane is a type of polymer with its waterproof material based on polypropylene(PP) and latex. It is a common product to be used on the roofing membranes and suitable for commercial and industrial roofing applications. It body film comes in a white colour which helps in a better reflection of UV sun rays and material is excellent weather resistance. Aquaprufe APF-P is an HDPE/EVA Waterproof Membrane that can use Pre /Wet-applied. It has a super quality waterproof HDPE/EVA film that combined with a self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt that uses butyl and styrene-butadiene as the self-adhesive base material. This adhesive effectively works well on any surface and at the same time, the asphalt material in the adhesive provides the extra waterproof feature to the membrane itself which become the extra protection layer.
Aquaprufe APF- C is a pre-applied HDPE, fully bonded waterproofing membrane. It is supplied with self-adhesive selvedge along one side of the roll to provide seal laps and consists of multilayer composite which includes HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) film, polymer layer and a unique proprietary layer which allows poured concrete to bond fully with the membrane to provide an excellent barrier from any water sipping to the waterproofing membrane and structure. This barrier of membrane forms a unique bond with the concrete surface and remained the same even there is any ground settlement of substrate occurs. It is a simple and reliable application with no primers or extra protection because of its toughness with flexibility for detailing around edges, resistant to groundwater and protects concrete against ground salts, chlorides, sulfates and hydrocarbons in a contaminated area.

ThermoPlus is an interior thermal insulation ceramic coating that is commonly used for indoor application. In hot days most rooms heat up strongly by intensive sunbeams. That influences the concentration, breathing, and a good night's sleep. In cold days, on the other hand, many people, despite increased heating, have the typical cozy feeling: a hot head and cold feet. The interior thermal insulation ceramic coating ThermoPlus from our ClimateActivePaint® product range provides a pleasant interior climate on every day of the year – regardless of the weather outside. The surface-active interior finish contains tiny small ceramic bubbles (Microspheres) and this creates a thermal ceramic membrane after application. During the hot days the membrane takes the excess moisture from the air, stores it and compensates the drier room air at a later stage with this moisture (Entropy principle). This results in evaporation coolness which both cools the wall surfaces, as well as lowers the high room temperatures. In winter when there’s low humidity the thermal ceramic coating takes heat energy and divides this evenly in its membrane without passing it to the wall behind it (SF-technology *). The increased surface temperature now provides a reflection of energy in the short-wave infrared range (IR-reflection). Convection currents and thermal bridges are minimized and avoid dust movement and the formation of mold. As a result – even for people with an allergy or asthma – a pleasant indoor climate is created. Throughout the year, the coating ensures, due to its physical properties, a relative humidity of app. 55%. In general, this is considered as most pleasant. The coating contains no semi-volatile organic compounds such as plasticizers, organic solvents or isothiazolinones. Because of the good material tolerance building parts are not adversely affected. After applying Sanosil 003 & 010 are completely harmless to the human organism. Sanosil 003 & 010 have a high disinfecting potential and are not toxic, they break down itself after processing into the original content substances which are present in the water.
